Anticipate, Plan, Cope: Building a Family Resilience Map
This interactive session is designed to assist parents and caregivers as they cope during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Space will be created to discuss common reactions to disasters for parents and children, and to have meaningful dialogue about overcoming the very real challenges of this time. This training is focused on reducing stress by
