SUMMARY:Youth Advisory Council Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Who: Youth aged 16 to 25 years old with current or past lived experience in the following systems:\nmental health \nchild welfare (ACS) \njuvenile justice \nfamily court \nsubstance misuse \neducation needs and gaps \nDescription: The CCSI YAC is formed FOR YOUTH\, BY YOUTH for the purpose of giving feedback\, announcing barriers\, and strategic problem solving from a youth point of view\, as those in mental health treatment and recovery and other youth-serving systems. The YAC will work in close collaboration with city & state leaders and community supporters to improve the life and situations faced as youth (aged 16 to 25) in the mental & emotional health system. \nWhy? Get your voice heard\, be fed\, and receive gifts for your time every meeting! \nSchedule: 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month through June 2020 (excluding May 25th!): 1/27\, 2/10\, 2/24\, 3/9\, 3/23\, 4/13\, 4/27\, 5/11\, 6/8\, and 6/22 \nTo Join Our Listserv: Email CCSIYAC@vibrant.org  \nCCSI YAC Spring 2020 Flyer
