Have you ever been frustrated with a teen’s strong need to challenge authority and question rules? Does it feel like you are on an emotional roller coaster with some of your youth? Do you want more strategies for addressing challenging behaviors when they arise? Join us to learn more about this adolescence\, the incredible period of growth from childhood to adulthood. \nAdolescence is a time of immense change in the life cycle. Hormones are shifting\, bodies are growing\, and moods are swinging! Sometimes understanding the layers of change happening in the adolescent mind and body can be hard for the adults in their lives to understand or relate to.
